4C Land & Auction, LLC is a family-owned and operated auction and real estate business. Cody and Rachel Miller founded the company in September 2020. Located just outside of Phillipsburg, KS; 4C provides exceptional service to its sellers and bidders.
Cody graduated from Missouri Auction School in 2006. He worked alongside Don Hamit for 14 years, gaining important experience in the business. Cody specializes in farms, ranches, equipment, residential and estates. To stay up to date with the ever-changing auction profession, Cody is a member of the National Auctioneers Association and Kansas Auctioneers Association.
Cody serves as a Real Estate Broker, receiving his real estate license in 2013. Since gaining his license, Cody has sold land, commercial properties, and residential properties at auction and by private treaty.
Rachel plays a pivotal part in the business, working behind the scenes and being present on sale days. She is a high school mathematics teacher and coaches at Phillipsburg. In 2008, Rachel graduated from Sterling College with a BS in Mathematics and in 2011 she graduated from Walden University with a MS degree in Education.
Cody and Rachel have three sons, Cooper, Casey, and Chisum, who are active in 4-H, church, and numerous school activities.

Trent Gottschalk joined the 4C team in October, 2022.
Trent, his wife Ashley, and their 4 children live in rural Logan. They own and manage a small farm and ranch operation. They stay busy with work and attending their kids’ activities. Their kids are active in school events, church, 4-H, and other endeavors.
Trent looks forward to serving the area and contributing to the 4C team.
